Ovde je reč o restauraciji starog mlina, koji se nastavlja na niz industrijskih objekata koji su nekoliko decenija van upotrebe. Celokupna struktura je bila u prilično lošem stanju, te je bilo potrebno osvežiti noseću konstrukciju, ali i prilagoditi je novoj nameni – stanovanju.

Designed by Daniel Goldner Architects, the condo project includes two new buildings on either side of a renovated 1872 warehouse from the Eberhard Faber Pencil Company.
